Fun Tour
A fun tour has been organized for you August 7 - 9, 2006 so that you can enjoy your vacation with your loved ones in the company of your fellow La Salle brothers immediately after the Global Reunion in Edmonton. Brother Thomas will be on the tour with us.

Monday August 7, 2006 Fee Schedule
Athabasca FallThe tour coach will leave Ramada Inn at 8:00 am and head west along Highway 16 towards Jasper National Park with a brief stop at Edson around 10:30 am.
After lunch (about 1:00 pm) at Cantonese Restaurant, you will visit Athabasca Fall - the most powerful waterfall in Canada. The full width of the Athabasca River is funnelled into a 3-metre gap and over the brink of the falls.
The tour coach will then travel along the Icefield Parkway and will stop at Columbia Ice Field where you will board ICE EXPLORER which will take you onto the Athabasca Glacier.
Columbia Icefield and ICE EXPLORERAfter the ICE EXPLORER ride, the coach will proceed to Lake Louise where dinner will be served at Lake Louise Village grill & bar. The group will stay overnight at Lake Louise Inn.

Tuesday August 8, 2006 Included in price
Lake LouiseAfter a western breakfast in the hotel, shuttle departing at 8:30 am and 9:00 am will be provided for you to explore the beauty of the world famous Lake Louise.
At 11:00 am the coach will depart for Moraine Lake and along the scenic Parkway to Banff. After visiting Bow River and Banff Spring Hotel, you will stop at 1:00 pm for lunch at Silver Dragon Restaurant.
There will be enough time for everyone to do some souvenir shopping or take a gondola ride (own expense) up Sulphur Mountain. At 4:00 pm, the tour will continue to Calgary. Dinner will be served at Regency Palace Restaurant.
After dinner, we will check-in at the International Hotel of Calgary for the night.

Wednesday August 9, 2006 Remarks
After a western breakfast in the hotel, the coach will leave at 9 am and arrive at the Calgary International Airport at 9:40 am to drop off those who wish to leave the tour there. The coach will continue to the Edmonton International Airport, arriving at around 1 pm. The coach will then return to Ramada Inn where the tour will end.
  1. One piece of baggage per person is allowed.
  2. Extra baggage subject to space availability on the coach.
  3. You may leave the group at Calgary on Tuesday (August 8) night.
