Please enter the name and HKCEE year of the related old boy for our easy reference when making payment.

1. Fill out the offline registration form and print a hard copy of it.
2. Prepare a check for the appropriate amount made payable to "La Salle Old Boys Association".
3. Mail the form with the check to the address shown in the form.
4. Registration will not be effective until sufficient payment is received by the Edmonton Chapter
5. Post mark will not be used as a proof of deadline compliance but actual payment receipt date does.
